    How do I get started with PDP for my military unit?

    First, an individual from your team will need to be certified as a PDP Professional. This certification allows them to administer assessments through PDP’s online account.  Then, your team will purchase surveys for your use over the next year.. You can start with as few as 50, or even go into the thousands. Email us at support@syntrakinternational.com to take the assessment for yourself and learn more about upcoming certifications.

    I'm already a customer. How do I renew or buy more surveys?

    Email us at support@syntrakinternational.com and we will add surveys to your account or help you renew for another year. Please note: if you want to add more surveys during the year, prior to renewal, you can purchase a custom quantity of additional surveys at the same price per survey as your original order. If you have already used all surveys in your account, you also have the option to renew early to begin a new annual contract.     What's the difference between a PDP Professional and a PDP Mentor certification?

    The PDP Professional certification enables the individual to both administer your PDP online account and deliver team workshops across your base.  This 2-day certification also provides the skills and knowledge to develop and analyze individual and team profiles.  The PDP Mentor certification is focused on 1-on-1 interactions between a mentor and a mentee and will only take 1-day to complete.  Please contact us to explore the options for your team.
